Mr. d'Aquin has over thirty seven years of experience in engineering projects, project management and corporate strategic planning.  He was a senior manager/officer of Freeport McMoRan, Inc., a Fortune 250, global natural resources company.  He played a major role in the assessment and development of essentially all major capital projects, some totaling more than $2.5 billion.  He is also responsible for the assessment/evaluation of capital projects and the development of feasibility studies and bankable documents.

Mr. Hoppe has over twenty five years of experience as an electrical and instrumentation project engineer in the engineering and construction industry, including domestic and international mining, petrochemical, oil and gas, marine and commercial projects. His electrical system experience encompasses power generation, transmission, distribution and utilization at multiple voltages. Mr. Maduell has over 30 years experience in management of offshore drilling, production, operations, maintenance and administration of major oil and gas, power plant, petrochemical and process facilities, including management of personnel, safety and environmental programs, technical and budgeting/cost control. He is experienced as Operations Manager for a ~$1.5 billion  deepwater port project, with responsibilities in business development, project management, regulatory compliance (MMS, EPA, USCG), engineering/planning/construction and contract negotiations.

Mr. McCord has over sixteen years of combined academic and industrial experience which includes a solid background in Plant Operations, Laboratory Research and Process Development. Extensive experience in copper and gold hydro-metallurgy, with special emphasis in the areas of flotation reagent optimization, particle size optimization and process development.
