Functioned as the lead representative responsible for overall project management and development for a copper smelter and refinery project in Indonesia. In addition to overseeing engineering, procurement, construction
and start-up, Crescent assisted in negotiating agreements for project loans, supply and off take, land, and in securing the approvals needed from the government, including tariff and tax support. We also headed the environmental impact statement team and was responsible for steering overall environmental policy for the project, as well as monitoring the training and recruiting effort for operations.
